Computer Tune Up
Does it take forever to open Word or another program?
Does it feel like something else is running on your computer?
Is your computer only a few years old, but feels like its broken and in need of repair?
You probably just need a tune up.
If you can't remember when you last ran a defrag or deleted temporary files, then its time to do so. I can help you with this.
There are other little tweaks that can be done to keep you more in control and moving faster. You'd be surprised how often the reason your computer is running so slow, is because Windows is downloading and installing a major security update in the background. We can change the settings so that you know when this is happening.
I don't charge by the hour for a tune up, it would cost you way too much. If the computer can be left with me, you will get charged for 2 hours of work, depending on the condition of your computer. If I have to go to the computer, then you will get charged 4 hours of work. Rate is bill at $25 per hour.

Artwork Photo Resizing
Need help protecting, resizing, preparing your artwork photos?
Send me your artwork photos and you will receive:
1. Resized image to 1MB
2. Resized image to 4x6
3. Resized image for your website
(all in jpeg format)
Many galleries require artwork to be sent within a particular file size or a particular viewing size. You will receive both, as well as an image that is acceptable for the web. Large enough to capture your artwork, but small enough that if someone attempted to enlarge the photo, it would look terrible.
As an added benefit, if your images contain too much background that is not part of your artwork, I will crop it from the photos. Your files will be sent back to you renamed for typical submissions. LastName_F_Title.jpg
This simple and affordable solution is only $25 for 5 images.

Artists can be rejected simply because they did not follow the directions correctly. And they will never know.
I can help. I can prepare the submission packet for you.
Just send me the prospectus or rules/guidelines for the entry; the artwork photos that you want to submit; and your personal contact information. (Send an artist statement as well if it is expected.) If anything else is required, I will contact you.
Costs:
$25, I will prepare the packet and return it to you via email.
$35, I will prepare the packet, burn to CD, print documents, and mail it to your home.
